In response to the State of Emergency issued by Governor Asa Hutchinson and the Public Service Commission’s Order on April 10th ,2020, C&L Electric Cooperative Corp suspended all disconnections of electricity service for delinquent accounts.
After review, the Public Service Commission finds that it is not in the public interest to lift the suspension of disconnections immediately but to announce a target date of May 3rd, 2021 to lift the suspension order. On March 26th, 2021, the Public Service Commission will issue an order either confirming the lifting of the suspension or extending the target date.
Once the date of suspending disconnections is confirmed we will communicate this to you by social media and mail. At that time, we will communicate to you options for payment arrangements.
If you have not already done so, you are encouraged to pay down any delinquent amount on your account. Below are numbers to call for financial assistance. Please note that C&L Electric Cooperative Corp does not administer these funds. This is between you and the assistance agencies.
