After submitting your completed application, a customer service representative will contact you within two business days to discuss service fees. Online service requests are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

STOP SERVICE

When it's time to disconnect your electric account, call Customer Service at 870-628-4221.  You must provide:

To protect the identity of C & L Electric members, the new FTC Identity Theft Prevention Laws (Red Flags Rules) were implemented May 1, 2009.

All customers applying for new service or transfer will be asked to provide:

  1. A completed and signed Application for Service (even existing members)
  2. Provide one of the following: Driver's license; State ID card; Military ID; Passport; I-551 (Permanent Resident Card); Birth Certificate
  3. Current address, a prior address, new billing address, and new service address
  4. Date of birth
  5. Social Security Card

A consumer report may be obtained to confirm the identity of the applicant. If a discrepancy is discovered, the applicant will be provided information needed to correct the consumer report.

We do not accept credit or debit cards in the office. Only cash, check, or money order.
