Residential ONLINE Application
After submitting your completed application, a customer service representative will contact you within two business days to discuss service fees. Online service requests are processed Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

- To expedite your request, please be sure all documents emailed or faxed are legible, especially copies of driver’s license. Photocopiers do not replicate a driver’s license well. If any documents are not readable, your application for service may be delayed.

STOP SERVICE
When it's time to disconnect your electric account, call Customer Service at 870-628-4221. You must provide:
- a minimum of five (5) days notice prior to the desired disconnect date.
- an address where the final bill for the account can be sent.
TRANSFER SERVICE
If you are moving to a new location, plan ahead. You must notify Customer Service (870-628-4221) at least five (5) days before service is needed. You will need to:
- verify the last four digits of the Social Security Number on the present account
- know the address or the meter number of the new location
- be prepared to pay applicable fees
- Complete Transfer Service Form
ADD A NEW / ADDITIONAL SERVICE
If you are ADDING AN ADDITIONAL service to an existing account, you must notify Customer Service (870-628-4221) at least five (5) days before service is needed. You will need to:
- verify the last four digits of the Social Security Number on the present account
- know the address or the meter number of the new location
- be prepared to pay applicable fees
- Complete Add New Service Form

All customers applying for new service or transfer will be asked to provide:
- A completed and signed Application for Service (even existing members)
- Provide one of the following: Driver's license; State ID card; Military ID; Passport; I-551 (Permanent Resident Card); Birth Certificate
- Current address, a prior address, new billing address, and new service address
- Date of birth
- Social Security Card
A consumer report may be obtained to confirm the identity of the applicant. If a discrepancy is discovered, the applicant will be provided information needed to correct the consumer report.
We do not accept credit or debit cards in the office. Only cash, check, or money order.
